Booking and Payment

  • •Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit
  • •Full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in
  • •Check-in time is 11:00 AM; check-out time is 9:00 AM
  • •Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
  • •Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund

Property Rules

  • •Maximum occupancy is 20 guests
  • •No smoking inside the property
  • •Pets are not allowed
  • •Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • •No unauthorized events or parties

Amenities and Services

  • •All amenities are provided as-is
  • •Pool usage is at your own risk
  • •Game room equipment must be treated with care
  • •Report any damages immediately
  • •WiFi password will be provided at check-in

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • •A cleaning fee of $150 is required for all stays
  • •Basic cleaning supplies are provided
  • •Guests are responsible for daily tidying
  • •Report maintenance issues promptly
  • •Additional cleaning services available upon request

Liability

  • •Verella's Place is not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • •Guests assume all risks associated with their stay
  • •Property damage will be charged to the guest
  • •Travel insurance is recommended
  • •Security deposit may be required for certain events
